Once you have an estimate, you can book your appointment over the phone, via text, through e-mail, or through our website.  Once your appointment is booked, you will receive and automated text confirmation.  On the days leading up to your window cleaning appointment, you will receive an e-mail reminder and a text reminder.  You will get a link that allows you to see who is showing up (with a picture), and their scheduled time of arrival.

We will come out to your property and do an in person estimate.  During this estimate you will receive a written copy of the quote and are guaranteed the price will not change for 30 days unless the scope of work changes.    We do our estimates in person because we want you to have a firm price.  Unfortunately, estimates  done over the phone are often not accurate which can lead to customer frustration.

Possibly the most important factor in choosing a window cleaning company is knowing that they have all of the correct instruments in place to protect you and your home.  

 All employees are fully covered by Worker's Compensation, General Liability and Auto Insurance.  Certificates of Insurance area always provided quickly upon request.  

Communication

We work with each client to set up a customized maintenance schedule for their house.  Our staff works with you to schedule appointments up to 12 months in advance, and our customer management system provides reminders via e-mail and text message so that you always know when we are scheduled to show up.  Additionally clients can always see upcoming appointments and past invoices through our Customer Portal.

  • How much does window cleaning cost?
    Every house is different, so there isn't a "one size fits all" answer to this question. That is why we come out to your home to do an in person estimate. Once we have been able to take a look at your property, we can give you an exact price. We don't do estimates over the phone because those are always subject to change. We don't want there to be any surprises for our customers on the day of the service.
  • What is included in your window cleaning service?
    We tailor every estimate to what the customer requests. We find that most of customer prefer that over standardized marketing packages that don't really fit their needs. Having said that, we can set up pricing for inside windows only, outside windows only, frame dusting, track vacuuming, and screen cleaning just to name a few.
  • How do I pay?
    We don't collect any money until we have completed your service. Once our work is complete, you can pay via Zelle, credit card, or check. We accept all major credit cards and we never charge a processing fee for credit card transactions.
  • Should I leave a tip?
    Our team is always greatful whenever they are given a token of appreciation. However, it is completely up to you.
  • What do I need to do to get ready for my window cleaning appointment?
    We simply ask that you remove any breakable items from window sills or garden windows before our team arrives to ensure the safety of your items.
  • What other residential cleaning services do you offer?
    In addition to window cleaning we offer pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and solar panel cleaning .
