Residential Window Cleaning Process
It all starts with your with an estimate. You can book an estimate through our website, my e-mail, or by calling our office at (909) 981-7406. Although we have technicians in the field 7 days a week, our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Once you have an estimate, you can book your appointment over the phone, via text, through e-mail, or through our website. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive and automated text confirmation. On the days leading up to your window cleaning appointment, you will receive an e-mail reminder (4 days before) and a text reminder (day before). You will get a link that allows you to see who is showing up (with a picture), and their scheduled time of arrival.
We will come out to your property and do an in person estimate. During this estimate you will receive a written copy of the quote and are guaranteed the price will not change for 30 days unless the scope of work changes. We do our estimates in person because we want you to have a firm price. Unfortunately, estimates done over the phone are often not accurate which can lead to customer frustration.
Our crew will show up on the day of your appointment in a Sunshine Windows uniform and will arrive there in a Sunshine Windows branded work truck. We use the most up-to-date equipment and cleaners. This leaves our customers with sparkling windows unlike the hazy film that household cleaners leave behind. Even little changes make a difference and we want to give our customers the best.

Our staff works with you schedule appointments up to 12 months in advance, and our customer management system provides reminders via e-mail and text message so that you always know when we are scheduled to show up. Additionally clients can always see upcoming appointments and past invoices through our Customer Portal.
