What Areas Do You Serve?

• We are based out of Upland, California and service the surrounding communities of Upland, Claremont, San Dimas, La Verne, Glendora, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Ontario, Montclair, and more.  If you don't see your city listed give us a call and we can confirm.  

Do you do gutter cleaning?

• Yes, our technicians do gutter cleaning.

How much does window cleaning cost?

• Every house is different, so there isn't a "one size fits all" answer to this question. That is why we come out to your home to do an in person estimate. Once we have been able to take a look at your property, we can give you an exact price. We don't do estimates over the phone because those are always subject to change. We don't want there to be any surprises for our customers on the day of the service.

What is included in window cleaning?

• We tailor every estimate to what the customer requests. We find that most of customer prefer that over standardized marketing packages that don't really fit their needs. Having said that, we can set up pricing for inside windows only, outside windows only, frame dusting, track vacuuming, and screen cleaning just to name a few.

Can you provide me with proof of insurance prior to the first service?

• Yes, all of the workers at Sunshine Windows are full-time, uniformed employees and are covered by worker's compensation, unemployment, and general liability insurance.  We will gladly provide you with certificates of insurance upon request.

How do I book a service?

• If you have done business with us before, you can schedule a service by contacting us via the phone number, or e-mail on the "Contact" page.  If you are a new customer, fill out our form on the "Get a Quote" page and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Do I need to be home during the service?

• No, you do not need to be home during the service.  If there are any locked gates or other restricted areas, please make sure that you leave instructions on how to gain access to those areas of the property.

When do I pay?

• Once the service is completed you will have the option to pay by check, cash or credit card.

Do you do Solar Panel Cleaning?

• Yes, we perform solar panel cleaning for large commercial customers as well as residential customers.  Regularly cleaning your solar panels is an important part of the care and maintenance of your system and is required by some manufacturers as a condition of the system warranty.  At Sunshine Windows we use special equipment that will not damage your solar panels like some household products will.

Why should I clean my Solar Panels?

• Regular cleaning of solar panels can improve their efficiency by as much as 30% compared to panels that do not get cleaned regularly, but each customer requires a different cleaning cadence.  Our team of professionals can help you decide how often your system needs to be cleaned.

Do you clean interior windows or mirrors?

• Yes, we will perform interior and/or exterior window cleaning depending on your preference.  We can also help you with mirror cleaning, screen cleaning, and other requested projects.

Do you do commercial window cleaning?

• Yes, since 1978 Sunshine Windows has worked with businesses throughout Southern California.  Regardless of the size of the job, we have the team and the equipment to get it done right.
